| Significant achievements |
As an Independent Advisor/Mentor from 2013 to date, I provided:
- Advices on strategy and development of various start-up companies, mainly in the sectors of telecom businesses including MVNO, e-commerce, online games and education, etc;
- Advices on offshore investment projects implemented by Vietnamese companies.
As founder of TreeOTek., JSC from 2020 to date, I participated in establishment & management of a greentech start-up dedicated to research & development of IoT products integrated with plants to purify air, water and recycle domestic waste, etc.
As co-founder of Fastsell Co., Ltd. from 2015 to 2016, I participated in establishment & management of one of the earliest e-commerce platform of Vietnam.
As Legal Affair Manager of Viettel Global Investment., JSC. from 2009 to 2013, I contributed to
- Acquisition of telecom license and start-up of Viettel’s affiliates in Haiti, Mozambique, Timor-Leste and Cameroon;
- Governance of Viettel’s affiliates in Laos, Cambodia, Haiti, Mozambique, Peru Timor-Leste and Cameroon;
- Due diligence on investment opportunities in telecom sector in Cuba, Tanzania, Malawi, Burundi, Kenya; Dominican Republic, etc.
