SIA-certified associate trainer
SBC trainer certification in Social Impact Acceleration (SIA) at the associate level
SIA trainers are teachers and professionals who enable other individuals and organizations to scale up social impacts with business mechanisms effectively. The SIA trainers certified by the Social Business Creation (SBC) program have completed SBC rigorous training to gain critical knowledge in sustainable development, drivers of changes, strategic thinking for mission-driven business growth, and necessary skills in using gamification and experiential methods to coach their students. They have demonstrated success in facilitating their trainees’ learning and development of a growth mindset, visionary thinking, systematic change mechanisms, entrepreneurial leadership skills, etc.
Conditions to become a SIA-certified trainer at the associate level

Conditions for certification renewal
- Remain active with the SBC business competition in the Social Impact Acceleration round at least once in three consecutive years and
- Score the associate-level performance in the SIA round at least once in these three years
Conditions for certification upgrade to the expert level
- Remain active with the SBC business competition in the Social Impact Acceleration round at least once in three consecutive years
- Score at the expert-level performance in the SIA round at least once in these three years
Conditions for certification downgrade to the foundational level
- Remain active with the SBC business competition in the Social Impact Acceleration round at least once in three consecutive years
- Score at the foundational-level performance in the SIA round at least once in these three years
Conditions for certification expiration
After three years of being inactive, the certification expires. The trainer must pass through the SBC training-of-trainers program anew to get certified again
