Israel holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the Veracruzana University, and a doctorate degree in Education from the Escuela Libre de Ciencias Politicas y Administración Pública de Oriente. Currently a professor at the Veracruzana University, Faculty of Nursing, Veracruz Region, and a collaborator of the Human Development Veracruz, he is responsible for the generation and application of knowledge in health care. With 6 years of work experience in public and private institutions in the health sector. Nurse, member of the College of Nurses of the state of Veracruz, certified as a teacher with a suitability profile endorsed by SEP.

He has 5 copyrights before INDAUTOR, owner of 2 trademarks before IMPI and currently has patent applications pending before IMPI.
He has collaborated and participated in seminars, round tables, forums and academic meetings. He regularly publishes articles on various topics, his areas of academic interest are: human care, chronic wounds and chronic generative diseases.
Contribution to the consolidation of the Veracruz Human Development academic body dedicated to scientific, technological and humanistic research. He contributes to the design of a proposal to build a “space free of violence for women in the Nursing faculty.” Promoter of various cultural programs. He organizes conferences for the training of professionals in the state of Veracruz. I work on entrepreneurship and technology transfer projects.
