Dr. Tran Thi Bich Hanh is the Head of Business Department in Swinburne Vietnam. She received her Ph.D degree in marketing from University of Ulsan, South Korea in 2017. She had rich experiences of teaching marketing courses at FPT University, RMIT University, Vietnam Japan University, International School of Vietnam National University, and University of Ulsan in Korea. Dr. Hanh had several research papers published in top tiered ISI-indexed journals of marketing and business such as Psychology & Marketing, Journal of Marketing Management, Total Quality Management & Business Excellence, Journal of Marketing for Higher Education, and Journal of Management & Organization. She was the principal investigator of 6 research projects, especially a national-level project (NAFOSTED), a ministerial level project, and a JICA (Japanese International Cooperation Agency) project. Besides, Dr. Hanh had experiences as chair of session in international conferences, a reviewer of journals and conferences of business, and an advisor for several research and business-related projects.
