Nguyen Minh Hai graduated with a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development, a graduate program in Intercultural Service, Leadership, and Management at SIT Graduate Institute, USA in 2008. He has more than 20 years of consulting and practical experiences in the area of organizational development, entrepreneurship, experiential training, leadership, project management, change management for businesses, motivation and personal changes for individuals. He used to work for international projects of Danish International Development Agency, Childfund Autralia, social enterprise KOTO Australia and provided consultancy to organizations and companies such as the Mini MBA Program for Businesses of Vietnam – Japan Human Resource Corporation Center-VJCC; BMC Group, InterLogistics, KOTO Australia, IOJT Vietnam.

Joining Greenwich Vietnam in Danang campus since 2019, Mr. Hai has been teaching in the Business Management program with courses including Entrepreneurship, Organizational Behaviors, Change Management, International HRM and softskills.

Being passionate in the field of education and human development, Mr. Hai always wants to share his knowledge and skills with students and managers in maximizing their potential, helping them develop sustainable and impactful businesses. One of Ziglar’s life philosophies that he loves and practices: “You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help other people get what they want.”
