Dr. Pablo Fernadez is an associate professor at the Faculty of IAE Business School, IAE Universidad Austral. He obtained his Ph.D. from the Emlyon Business School in Lyon, France. His research focus relates to the institutional theory and topics related to power and resistance in and around organizations. He is currently studying processes of social inclusion in which marginalized actors seek to organize and work together to regain their dignity. At a broader level, he is interested in understanding the mediation between structures and agencies. Part of his research has been published in Organization Studies, in Journal of Business Ethics, and in Business and Society.
