Dr. Viet Dung Trinh is currently serving as the Academic Program Director for the College of Business and Management at VinUniversity, located in Hanoi. Prior to joining VinUniversity, he held various roles in higher education, ranging from university teaching to managing joint degree programs and developing strategic partnerships for the International University-Vietnam National University in Ho Chi Minh City. He has always prioritized the advancement of educational quality and student experience. Dr. Trinh has a strong industry profile across various sectors, including FE Credit, Honda, and Block 71.

Dr. Trinh has extensive teaching experience in Asia and Australia, both at the undergraduate and graduate levels. His research focuses on premium branding, customer experience design, and marketing technology applications, such as communication effectiveness and big data. He has also presented on these topics at numerous national and international conferences. Additionally, Dr. Trinh has published widely in journals, book chapters, and other publications.
