His experience includes successfully managing projects with kinds of stakeholders (public sector/private sector/development sector), and budgets may be up to 1 million USD per year/project. In addition to his technical expertise and relationship-building experience, he has an independent working mindset and a passion for innovative projects that contribute more to his organization.
Education	Master (Education Management, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU – HCMC)
Significant achievements	Kick-off successfully, the investment is 1 million USD for the first construction of the smart hi-tech cool storage in Tra Vinh province in December 2020. It is a long-term project with ODA from Belgium and other partners that gets $ 11 million in five years (from 2021 – to 2025).
