I’m Tran Thi Hong Van, from Viet Nam hub.

Now I am a team leader of Quality of Service management team at Viettel Digital, Viet Nam. And besides that, I am one who strategies and manage action plan of whole department.

I graduated from Academy of Finance University, and I just completed double-master degree program: MBA at CFVG(Viet Nam) and International Business at EM Strasbourg Business School (France).

I have 7 years experience in working with customers with many positions such as: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Sales Manager, Customer Experience,.. with many industries (Citibank, Bao Viet Life, Beauty Spa and Clinic, Lazada and Laz Logistics, Fintech).

I can use my knowledge and skills to support team that join SBC to determine the strategy, marketing and generating visibility, sales, build leadership and stake holder management.
