Professor and researcher at Universidad Veracruzana since 2013, Vania Lizette Correa Ávalos conducts researches on human resources and millennials. In particular, she has published articles on stress and its impact on Mexican organizations, the entrepreneurial potential of students, and the analysis of stakeholders in the teaching performance evaluation process. In addition, she received the Teacher’s Performance Award in 2019 and 2020 by Universidad Veracruzana. Lastly, she was involved in marketing and administration activities in a micro-business for 9 years and collaborated for 5 years to the administrative office of the Faculty of Business of Universidad Veracruzana.
