I am Nguyen Thanh Thuy, a 65-year-old retired Human Resources Manager turned Freelance Trainer with over two decades of experience in training and development. I collaborate with renowned organizations such as the International Labor Organization (ILO), Better Work, Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), British Standards Institution (BSI), and Bureau Veritas (BV), focusing on the “Start and Improve Your Business” (SIYB) programs and management skills for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
My involvement in the Social Business Creative (SBC) community reflects my commitment to learning, sharing, and supporting the growth of social impact businesses in Vietnam. I am passionate about using my skills to foster innovation and sustainable development in this vital sector.
