I am lecturer of Principles of Marketing and International Marketing at the Foreign Trade University, Hochiminh campus. My expertise lies in forming up Marketing strategy and business model that built in competencies and competitive advantages. I also have hands on experience on managing a start up company for 7 years so that a down to the earth view could be shared on human resource management, process setting, organizational structure. I also participated in consulting project on human resource management and refining strategy for Hoa Binh Corporation. I strongly believe that a sustainable business create value to the society as a whole and gain profit in the end. Therefore, my goal and motto for teaching and researching is to inspire students to become social entrepreneurs. I myself start up business in education and commit to pursuit students’ happy life all the time. I got scholarship from Japanese Government to go to Japan for study MBA for 2,5 years and won distinction degree. Then back to Vietnam, I work as a manager in Vietnam- Japan Human Resource Center that aims to transfer knowledge from Japan to Vietnam’s enterprises. I was a mentor for a group of students who won the Champion of business case challenge of CIMA in Vietnam (2012).
The idea of social business creation attracts me to join in this program as it fits my values. I am very much interested in projects that have great impact to the society and also bring profit to investors. I think the world needs more such projects to be better for everyone.
