As a young, passionate post-graduated food technologist with skills cultivated during study and internship, I desire to work and be dedicated long-term in a dynamic food industry.
I participate in SBC with the project – Cocoa pod husk jam JAMCOP, which converts a large amount of cocoa pod shell into a nutritious food product.
JAMCOP hopes to instill the following values through this project:
