Motivation for social impact creation

In my work in the Colombian public sector, I realized the importance of supporting long-term social projects to achieve significant transformations inside local communities using an approach to recognize the local leaders by working and developing solutions together. I’ve created cross-institutional relationships and strengthened my network to ensure the projects’ success. I recognized the need to listen to others and understand what motivates them to achieve the proposed goals through agile processes that helped determine if they were long-term ventures or not.

Contributions to the SBC community

I can help the SBC community by designing strategies to support the development of social projects to solve local needs with global impact. In addition, I can share my network to improve and scale the solutions you are proposing, exploring and testing.
