As a post-harvest technology engineer, my life and work motto is: Creative – Pioneering – Consistent. I have been 5 years as vice chairman of the People’s Committee of Lu Than commune, Si Ma Cai district, Lao Cai province, Vietnam, this is a particularly difficult upland commune of Lao Cai province, where 99.5% are ethnic minorities. Mong ethnic people live. Currently, my job is to research technologies and solutions to support the sustainable development of wet rice production in Vietnam, I have been doing this work for 5 years and have widely applied components. and recognized by the government and society.

I join SBC with the desire to spread my research and creativity achievements towards a larger community, contributing to reducing costs and improving profits for farmers; reducing greenhouse gas emissions in wet rice production; help farmers like better conditions with climate change.
