– Conduct various kinds of consulting projects on productivity, sustainable development, environmental protection and quality management to SMEs.

– Study and develop new products/methodologies on productivity, sustainable development, environmental protection and quality management by identifying the needs and assessing the adoption extent of different sectors in various kinds of organizations.

– Assess the expert capacity who work for and behaft of SMEDEC 2

– Conduct the training and consulting to SMEs/Organizations on productivity, sustainable development, environmental protection and quality management

– Approach and update knowledge of current trend in order to support SMEs as Industry 4.0, IoT, cloud computing etc.

– Promoting applications of management system and productivity to improve productivity.

– Cooperate with other departments to promote productivity tools and techniques to SMEs (compliance with the national program “Enhancing productivity and product quality of Vietnam until 2030”)
