| About | I am a passionate social worker with 10 years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability. At SBC I would like to create strategic alliances and mentor social innovation projects. My goal is to contribute to the construction of a better society through education and the empowerment of women. My most outstanding achievements have been to place companies and NGOs in CSR practices in the first places, as was the case of Pavimentos Colombia, which won an award from the UN in NY (2015) for being an “Out of the ordinary company”. |

| Significant achievements | My most outstanding achievements have been to place companies and NGOs in CSR practices in the first places, as was the case of Pavimentos Colombia, which won an award from the UN in NY (2015) for being an “Out of the ordinary company”. My other great achievement was to create two ventures in sustainable and successful companies in La Guajira and Valle del Cauca Colombia. In the first, I managed to organize 5 Wayúu indigenous communities so that they sold their handicrafts at a fair price, and the second was a group of 40 Afro-descendant women and women heads of households who created their own brand in interior design with organic and biodegradable textiles. Both ventures had my advice and support for 3 years in Colombia, today they continue to develop inclusive and sustainable businesses |

I have 5 years of experience as a trainer of trainers in Human Rights with the Colombian Air Force, and children and young people with high social vulnerability in Colombia. I have also taught university lectures in Conflict Resolution and CSR, at the Universidad del Meta, Colombia. |
