Dr. Juana Gabriela Mendoza Ponce is currently teaching at the Universidad Veracruzana. She advocates comprehensive and extended training to equip students with tools and skills for a successful professional and personal life. She graduated with an industrial engineer degree from Instituto Tecnológico de Veracruz, completed postgraduate studies in Quality Management, and a Ph.D. in Senior Management. From her twenty-eight years of work experience, sixteen years have been dedicated to developing expertise in quality assurance activities.
