Associate Professor Hoang Thi Bich Thuy has more than 25 years of teaching and research in the field of electrochemical engineering at the Hanoi University of Science and Technology. She is also the co-founder and the head of Dynamic Lab for Innovation and Transformational Entrepreneurship (D-Lab). This lab was set up under the UK-VN Higher Education Partnership as the result of a collaboration between the Hanoi University of Science and Technology and Coventry University (UK). More recently, she has been working on innovative education and transformative entrepreneurship with the aim of supporting the achievement of sustainable development goals in Vietnam. She has been the principal or co-principal investigator of projects on innovation & entrepreneurship funded by British Council and Global Challenges Research Fund (GCRF). She has also been a mentor/coach for start-ups, social impact businesses (SIBs), and a judge for I&E competitions, e.g. C-Plastic incubation, Circular Economy, ISEE COVID program, TechSTART 2022, Social Business Creation 2021, 2022.
