I am Erika Arismendi; entrepreneur, founder and volunteer.
I have experience in 5 different non-profit organizations, contributing to the implementation of different projects for the development of youth leadership in Bolivia.
I founded my first business, RYIM Academy, at the age of 15, which is a venture focused on teaching English online, where I was able to lead my first team. Later I founded Revista Arismendi, where I developed video editing and photography skills.
Currently I am CEO of Ruway, a technological-social venture in the tourism sector. Together with Ruway we managed to win first place in the “Construyendo Iniciativas” contest organized by Fitectur (2022) and third place in the “Entrepreneurship Olympics” organized by the Subo Foundation and Coca Cola Foundation (Bolivia).

Third place at “Olimpiadas de Emprendimiento”; issued by Fundación Subo – Fundación Coca Cola (Bolivia).
The “Olimpiadas de Emprendimiento”, is a space of Education for Entrepreneurship where young people of school and university age between 17 and 23 years old meet, in order to develop in them, the entrepreneurial initiative and life skills, in a space of interaction and integration under the premise of providing the best education in the world through methodologies, pedagogy and quality technology.

“Construyendo Iniciativas”, is a space for interaction so that the population can develop their ideas and ventures in the tourism area, strengthening their knowledge in the technological and tourism fields, in addition to contributing to the development of sustainable development objectives.
