Edna Dolores Rosas Huerta is a Professor of Naval Engineering at Universidad Veracruzana and Internationalization Coordinator at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Sciences. Edna Dolores has extensive experience in shipbuilding management, including the construction of offshore platforms in national and international contexts. As project director, she oversaw the first project to convert a chemical tanker to an FPSO (petroleum processing) vessel carried out in Mexico.
