Greetings! My name is Duc Anh, and I’m currently an 11th-grade student at Le Quy Don high school for the Gifted in Ba Ria – Vung Tau city. I’m most interested in business, leadership, and social activities, and my long-term goal is to be able to scale a business in an area that would create meaningful changes and positive impacts on society.

Since joining high school, I have been involved in leadership roles and numerous extracurricular activities or volunteer work. I am passionate about making a difference in my community, and I’m eager to continue doing so in university and beyond. I also started several new initiatives for social change in the past 2 years at my high school. Most recently it was the establishment of a student-led organization called The Apricity that focuses on providing help for the full development of disadvantaged children.

In addition to my leadership and social activism experiences, I am also well-rounded and excelled in academics, with a special interest in Math. I have been the best student in my class every semester of high school and won prizes in several competitions in math and science. One of my proudest achievements was getting 1st place in the regional science competition in 2022 by proving the medical potential for cordycepin as a natural remedy for COVID-19.

I believe I have the passions and qualities to succeed in any endeavor I set my mind to, and I am excited to see what my future holds.
