– Member/organizing committee of the project “Instructions for writing CVs & Interviews” for final year students at universities/colleges in Ho Chi Minh City by lecturers of the Department of Human Resource Management of Kinh University. At the same time, I also play the role of co-guest – a person who shares with other HR members in this project.

– Founder of LDM Institute (established 1 year) – Current network of >2000 L&D members in businesses. One of the 2025 orientation goals is to combine with L&Ders to design a series of programs to develop competitiveness for final-year students/new graduates.
