Im Andres Hernandez, currently studying business strategy and transformation at Tec de Monterrey in Mexico City. I like to describe myself as passion driven, i guide my decisions by looking into what will bring the most benefit but always thinking in the whole picture. My priority is to make a change and to work for the people.

My goals are focused on changing how education works, and also to bring entrepreneurship to everyone.This cause i believe that everyone should have a voice cause we all can make a change. I have had the honor to be awarded with the entrepreneurship fellowship at Tec of Monterrey with a project of  prehispanic based snacks in circular economy. Also i won the National Entrepreneurship Contest of the Mexican Institute of Finance in the college stage. I am the proud founder of Lead’s an EdTech StartUp that is focus on tackling the bias that exist in between college and the jobworld. That’s why we are looking to be part of SBC, cause we know that we could increase our impact with the support of a platform like this. Im very excited to be part of this community and to know the people that is changing the world.
