There is a booming trend in consuming domestic products is promising to Vietnamese products since it is supported not only by citizens but also the government. Moreover, compared to others, Tr’Din syrup is much cheaper than foreign products. Nevertheless it is still a nutritious and healthy product. However, since Tr’Din Syrup is a brand new product, it does not have a supportive consumer community yet. Compared to others, it is challenging for us to find a way to switch consumer behavior.

We evaluate water coconut syrup as our main competitor since it is common in the South, approximately equal price and it is also a Vietnamese product which is the same value that we proposed to compete with imported products.
