Nguyen Phuong Chi is a lecturer at the Faculty of Business Administration in Foreign Trade University. At the university, she teaches e-commerce, operation management, and management sciences. Her research focuses on digital transformation and business model innovation while covering eCommerce applications, kaizen in enterprises, and management science applications. She has published several articles in journals and contributed to chapters of several books. She was a judge in Kawai Business Start-up Competition, for the year 2019-2021. She took part in many projects relating to training and consulting for students and enterprises such as training active citizen social enterprise, business planning courses, and consulting RangDong enterprise in selling to the global market.
