Designing a business model with the dual objectives of profitability and impact is the second step in the process of creating a social enterprise. It involves applying design thinking in building the business model, prototyping the product/service and the social solution, and validating the product/service in the marketplace.
This course introduces students to the dynamic world of innovative social enterprise models. It aims to equip students with the tools, mindset, and strategies needed to create and develop social enterprises that effectively address societal challenges while remaining economically viable.
After taking the course, students will be able to:
