Full time Principal Professor at Universidad del Pacífico. Faculty member at the Business Department. Currently Dean of the undergraduate School of Business. Professor of several courses on entrepreneurship and innovation at undergraduate and graduate School.

Specialist in the design and implementation of training programs that promote the entrepreneurial spirit, the development of a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship, the formulation of business models, business plans and strategic plans, for different audiences and training levels: students, teachers, entrepreneurs, businessmen, startups.

As a researcher and consultant at the Universidad del Pacífico, I contributed with a proposal for the design of the National Entrepreneurship Policy and I was part of the Multisector Working Group of the Transversal Executive Board of High Impact Entrepreneurship, of the Ministry of Production. Member of various advisory committees of private organizations, including: San Silvestre School, The Board, InnovaLab UP and is part of the Global Innovation Network (GIN) of MIT. I participated in the MIT REAP – LIMA team, cohort 4, between 2016 and 2018, in representation of Academy. I have various publications and consultancies linked to entrepreneurship and strategies for companies.

I am business angel and mentor of several startups, and founder of Emprende UP, the business incubator of Universidad del Pacífico.
