Motivation for social impact creation

The desire to make a positive impact on society and contribute to a greater good can be a significant motivator in my career pursuits. The sense of purpose and fulfillment that comes with working towards a meaningful cause can be a powerful driving force, and can provide a sense of direction and passion in what I do everyday.

Contributions to the SBC community

As a business expert, my contribution to the SBC community would be to share my knowledge and experience in entrepreneurship, business strategy, and social impact. I would offer mentorship and guidance to students and emerging entrepreneurs, helping them to develop their ideas and turn them into viable businesses that create positive social change. I would also work with established businesses to help them integrate social impact into their operations and strategies, and to support their efforts to become more socially responsible. Additionally, I would participate in community events, workshops, and forums to share my insights and expertise, and to learn from others in the field. Overall, my goal would be to help build a strong and sustainable community of businesses and individuals committed to making a positive impact on society.

Research interests

As someone with a keen interest in research, I am passionate about exploring a range of topics, including SME development, women-owned SMEs, agri-food supply chain, innovation, game theory, and collective economy. My curiosity about these areas stems from a desire to better understand the factors that drive success in business and how different strategies and models can be applied to achieve sustainable growth. I am particularly interested in examining the unique challenges faced by women-owned SMEs and exploring the ways in which innovation and game theory can be leveraged to support collective economic development. I hope to contribute to a deeper understanding of these topics and generate insights that can be used to inform policy and practice in the business world.
