Recognized for her high expertise in social entrepreneurship, Dr. María Esther Fragoso Terán is Professor at the Universidad Veracruzana and Director of Social Business Creation in the State of Veracruz. For the last 15 years, she has dedicated herself to teaching strategic business management and innovation while participating in local, national, and international competitions. Her exceptional contribution includes publications in international magazines about social entrepreneurship, the greening model, and the inclusion principles; participation in different panels and lectures at national conferences; and the participation as a judge in the Hult Prize Competition. Dr. María Esther Fragoso Terán holds a Ph.D. in Government and Public Administration and a master’s degree in international business.
