I have over twenty years of work experience in both development and business sectors. As a senior practitioner, trainer and consultant with great concern for the development issues in Vietnam, I have worked for several donor-funded development projects related to capacity building and business/entrepreneurship development. In addition, I also have engaged myself in the private business sector at management level for several years.

As a trainer and coach in entrepreneurship and innovation who has been delivering training and coaching for hundreds of people from diverse backgrounds such as university lecturers (TOT), ecosystem builders, business consultants, entrepreneurs, startups and students, I strongly believe that the way forward to foster the sustainable economy development of a nation in the years to come is to embrace impactful innovation-based entrepreneurship, both for social and commercial enterprises.
