An enthusiastic learner, working on building my career in an organization that provides the opportunities to contribute potential, skills and knowledge with discipline and determination. I have been working in University administration where I gained professional development in demand skills, communication and management strategies. In academia, I’ve completed my Master’s in English Language Teaching (ELT) and I am highly interested to work on the research projects in the field of Outcome based learning and students’ feedback in English Language Teaching (ELT); Effectiveness of digital learning over traditional education in Bangladesh and International Perspective,also on Academic sustainability practices and building strong professional communication and so on. In this stage, working as a research associate or as a lecturer would definitely fulfill my dream of imparting knowledge and learning the new altogether. I have visited several countries as a part of my leadership and skill development participations, where I gained multicultural knowledge and have been awarded in pitching and project idea development competitions.
