Growing up in a small province in Central Vietnam, it has always been my dream to make people’s life better, starting from the smallest, starting from my community. I first heard of SBC when I was in my first year at Foreign Trade University. I was impressed with what SBC has to offer and the life-changing experiences that the business owners and students get after SBC. I have become a hardcore fan of SBC ever since.

I am an International Economics primary student at Foreign Trade University (Ho Chi Minh City Campus). Studying in such a competitive yet dynamic environment has been a real challenge for me. However, such an environment has cultivated my curiosity to learn more about the business world, my fast learning ability, and my strong self-motivation to achieve my goals.

During my first two years at university, I also participated in AIESEC, a not-for-profit organization aiming to develop Youth Leadership. My latest experience as a Senior Key Account and Customer Relations Executive for the Global Talent Program, recruiting foreign interns for Vietnam companies helped me understand what leadership means and practice it in everything I do, not only for myself but also for my members, teammates, and clients. I have also grown tremendously in my problem-solving skills while operating and developing the product in the Vietnam market. I needed to ensure all information was updated sufficiently and maintain transparent and smooth communication between different stakeholders, which allowed room for growth in my communication skills.

The first question to pop up in my mind everyday when I wake up is “How can I get bigger and greater than myself yesterday?”. Through all my experiences and stories I have to tell, it is the positive impacts that I made on my family, my friends, my teammates, or even a stranger, that keep me going a step forward everyday. And that is how I get bigger and greater than myself. Seek room for innovation, and take actions to make it happen.
