Experienced in software development, Juan Manuel Fragoso Teran is a professor at the Faculty of Engineering of Universidad Veracruzana. He has published his research in many scientific journals. Also, he is a founding member of the Professional College of Engineers and Graduates in Systems and Informatics, where he promotes the quality of education for Spanish-speaking countries. In addition, Prof. Fragoso has taken part in many forums and competitions related to entrepreneurship and education with acknowledged results and recognitions. He is also involved in the Drone Challenge, a contest where members of the university community can prove their maneuverability skills on testing tracks.
