Professor Ignacio Ortiz Betancourt is a full-time lecturer and postgraduate coordinator of the Faculty of Administration of the Veracruzana University, Veracruz Region. His academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in Economics, a master’s degree in Finance, and a doctorate in Public Finance. With more than 11 years of experience in the field of higher education, his work has focused on issues of economics, finance, entrepreneurship, and foreign trade. Also, he is a member of the academic group called Entrepreneurship, Management and Internationalization and is a member of the International Entrepreneurship Network AFIDE.
