Teaching philosophy and method |
In the academe, I believe in interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approach is the key to address changes to the future. All my classes are collaborative and practical which follow project-based learning, no exams but practice and application to their venture and project they want to work for class using checkpoints or outputs to measure learning.
I believe that entrepreneurship is not something you teach but facilitate and coach. You don’t measure success of your students is measured in the learning of doing business whether they hit their sales target or not or whether their profitable or not. It’s what they learn and understand what they need to adjust in doing business with their entrepreneurial venture as a solo-preneur or a group of founders starting an enterprise.
