My research interest lies in the realm of e-commerce, with a particular focus on leveraging technology to drive economic growth and sustainable development. I am committed to exploring innovative ways to integrate local products, specifically those from the One Commune One Product (OCOP) program, into the digital marketplace to enhance their accessibility and appeal in national and global markets.

I am also interested in analyzing consumer behavior patterns to personalize the shopping experience and improve customer satisfaction. Identifying effective digital marketing strategies that align with ethical practices and promote responsible consumption is another key area of interest.

Additionally, I aim to study the impact of e-commerce on traditional businesses and local communities, seeking methods to empower them through digital transformation. Understanding and improving the supply chain and logistics for online platforms to ensure efficient, green, and cost-effective operations form an integral part of my research aspirations.

Ultimately, my research revolves around fostering an inclusive e-commerce ecosystem that supports small and medium enterprises, encourages innovation, and contributes to the achievement of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.

Since 2017, became the administrator of the seller community on the Shopee e-commerce platform, today renamed “Start a business with Buba.”

He has also participated in organizing and leading many training sessions and seminars with the goal of improving skills and knowledge for the sales community on the Buba.vn e-commerce platform.
