Motivation for social impact creation	Our Project aim to improve the quality of food processing, from the post-harvesting, to SME Factories, and to HORECA, also to home cook. In Vietnam, we have thousands of household and SME businesses, who are doing very related to agriculture and food processing. However, they are not producing properly. Therefore, our products and services will help them and further: Factories and HORECA to improving quality of products. As consequense, our people will be healthier and more well-being.

Research

Research	Looking for collaborators
Research interests	My research interests revolve around the well-being of the elderly, with a particular focus on their physical and mental health. I am fascinated by the unique challenges faced by seniors as they age, including physical limitations, cognitive decline, and social isolation. I am passionate about exploring ways to improve the quality of life for older adults, from promoting healthy lifestyle habits to addressing mental health concerns. Through my research, I hope to better understand the complex interplay between physical and mental health in the aging population and identify effective interventions that can help seniors thrive in their later years
Current research projects	My current research projects focus on the health and well-being of the elderly population in Vietnam, specifically in the areas of physical and mental health. I am also interested in examining the different types of services and experiences that are available to the elderly in Vietnam, with a particular focus on how these services can enhance the quality of life for seniors. Through my research, I aim to provide insights into the challenges and opportunities that exist in this area, as well as identify effective strategies for improving the health outcomes and overall well-being of the elderly population in Vietnam.
