Contributions to the SBC community

As a transgender individual who has faced unique challenges and experiences, I would bring a valuable perspective to the SBC community. My lived experiences can provide insights into the needs and perspectives of the LGBTQIA+ community, which can help these businesses to better serve this population. My advocacy work and passion for improving opportunities for members of the LGBTQIA+ community can also be a valuable asset to social businesses. I can help these businesses to develop policies and practices that are more inclusive and welcoming to individuals of all gender identities and sexual orientations.
