I’m an ambitious and enthusiastic person. I spent time for organizing events (Welcoming Day, Sharing, Youth Speak, Career Consultant Conferences.), volunteers (Green Summer Volunteer Campaign, Spring Volunteer Campaign, National University Entrance Exam Support Campaign..), Charity work at Orphanage/ Disabled Children, Education Center, Blood Donation…I did try my best to achieve the standards of Vietnam National of Students

My vision is “YOU’RE HAPPY, I’M HAPPY”. I have no words to describe the feeling when I see people smile, so I’m willing to learn and improve myself to achieve the goals with disciplinal attitude to make the dream come true. I love to share about people, knowledge, and cultures, that’s why I want to make 2 different ways of the Study Tour for Ethnic Minority (especially for children): One is for foreigners visit Vietnam and other is for Vietnamese Ethnic Minorities who love to explore the world.

I had 1 year experience as an Operation Community Analyst in Accenture Malaysia and I was promoted to be Quality Assurance for Vietnamese market after 8 months.

Motivation for social impact creation

In my opinion, the best way to do volunteer is showing people how to make money from what they see via practical methods and the problems that Vietnam is facing is the passive way of learning and disorientation for his future, lack of life skills. I used to have the experience to do charity in Quang Nam province (Middle of VN). We had to take at least 12 hours per way by car and 30 minutes to walk to the top of the mountain located on the mountain. We spent happy time with simple games and gifts which the kids even didn't know. After that, I knew there was only one time for supplying foods per day and those kids can't imagine the pictures of the world outside. I felt so sorry to know that. Some people have no chances to learn while others have but they don't realize how to learn well. Then I decided to find the way to help them as much as I can and as many people as possible. I'll make the plan for Study tour which means they join this for studying about specific local fields. That's the good way to broaden their mind by practical methods which appear the reality.
