My goal is to position Vietnam as a leader in the global medicinal herb market, while simultaneously enhancing the well-being of both consumers and indigenous communities. I believe in the power of sustainable business to drive social change, and my ethos revolves around building a healthier world through ethical and eco-friendly practices.

One of my proudest achievements is the successful cultivation and commercialization of the Ardisia Sylvestris Pitard (a rare medicinal plant) in the mountainous region of Hoa Binh. This initiative not only addresses environmental challenges such as soil erosion and deforestation but also provides stable livelihoods for ethnic minority farmers.

Joining the SBC community is an opportunity for me to connect, learn, and contribute to a global network of like-minded social entrepreneurs. I am motivated to explore new approaches to scaling our impact, exchange knowledge, and collaborate on creating more sustainable and inclusive solutions for communities worldwide.
