About

Senior Executive with a successful track record in driving growth within the Tourism and Hospitality industry. Founding Partner of Heiwa Marketing, I lead a consultancy dedicated to empowering destinations, companies, professionals, and entities on their journey towards regenerative territorial development. I was able to help third sector institutions in their operational and tactic governance as well as leading communities for the accomplishment of their goals.

I am also the Co-Founder of Instituto Aupaba, a non-governmental, non-profit organization committed to creating a more prosperous, fair, and conscious future for tourism. Our vision involves executing high-impact projects that contribute to the social, educational, environmental, and cultural enhancement of territories. We believe that regenerative tourism is a social tool and my application has all to do with this.

Experienced in Conventions & Visitors Bureau (CVB) operations that allowed me to provide consultancy and mentorship to various destinations across the State of Rio de Janeiro through the Federation of Conventions & Visitors Bureau. I have played a pivotal role in shaping strategic plans, leading destination promotion projects, and initiating cultural, environmental, and social programs to enhance each destination’s allure. As the Executive Director at Vale do Café Convention & Visitors Bureau, I spearheaded the creation and implementation of a regional strategic plan, driving impactful initiatives and projects for over 150 stakeholders, while also serving as a spokesperson for the office and the region.

My skill set encompasses expertise in planning, negotiation, sales strategy, marketing, and service management. Having served as the Director of Planning and Projects at Rio de Janeiro Official Tourism Secretariat, I possess a comprehensive understanding of destination development and the intricate dynamics of the tourism landscape and public policies for the sector in Brazil.

With a strong foundation in team building and hospitality training with creativity and limited resourses, I take immense pride in fostering high-performing teams that consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences in complex and challenging ecosystems. I am driven by a deep motivation to contribute to the Social Business Community, leveraging my experience to collaborate on projects that align with my ethos of sustainable and impactful development within the tourism industry.
