An academic member of the Faculty of Accounting and Administration in the Audit Area, Eber has authored several books related to the Audit area and chapters in specialized books on auditing and tourism. He has also published scientific articles in national peer-reviewed journals besides presenting papers at International Congresses with publications in extensive memoirs with ISBN. Over the last several years, he has been directing undergraduate and postgraduate studies on issues related to auditing, costs, tourism, and gastronomy.
