Challenge/Problem: The current situation of agricultural products having high prices leads to crop failures, good harvests lose prices, leading to unstable lives and unstable economic conditions for people. Forest burning affects the environment, soil properties and water resources.

Target: Maximize the value of aromatic plants (pineapple/pineapple), enhance the value of local agricultural products according to a circular orientation, including environmental protection solutions from stems, leaves and peels, and introduce deep processing from results in increasing the value of agricultural products. In the next 5 years, Hidufood will become a reputable brand providing pineapple raw materials and useful benign agricultural products.

Solve problems and provide solutions: Putting pineapple into deep processing such as dried pineapple and pineapple powder has high applications in health, medicine and confectionery. Pandan leaves are extracted to produce fibers for garments. Pineapple peel is a waste product that is recycled and fermented to create a line of bio-organic products that are safe for consumers or as fertilizer for plants.
