Social challenge:

Lepironia grass village is losing its inheritance and it is difficult to find output products, artisans do not have stable jobs. Young people in the village tend to work far away and have not yet paid attention to traditional occupations. We are interested in skilled female workers from 40 years old because they take care of their families, do not dare to leave their hometown to the city to make a living, Marie’s creates a stable income source right at home for them, solving their needs. needed by local people, promoting traditional strengths in Dem Bang craft village, Phong Binh commune, Phong Dien district, Thua Thien Hue province – where there are 1,429 households in 13 villages, 70-80% of the people knew about it. with more than 10 hectares of planting area of raw materials, Lepironia has not been utilized optimally.

Solution idea:

Maries Work At Home already launched the products to the markets of over a years and we have revenues. We find a lot of difficulties in traditional villages of Vietnam and our own hometown. We help local people to protect their traditional crafts by improving the designs of products and making them commercial. Our targets are promoting 100 households in our villages have stable incomes and better life and Work At home become a new model of business in all traditional villages
