VINASAMEX’S PRODUCTS

By investing in good facilities, applying advanced techniques, and strict quality-assurance production process,

Vinasamex has provided products of high quality, including organic cinnamon, star anise, and other organic spices in the form of raw, powder, and oil.

Cinnamon and Star anise are cultivated, hand-harvested, and processed with strict control to achieve the highest quality in accordance with international standards.

These products have many applications in life, not only as raw materials for the production of food, beverages, cosmetics, drugs; and can also be used for decoration as well.

BUSINESS MODEL

Vinasamex’s main source of income comes from the sale of raw cinnamon, generating nearly 1,600 tons per year and earning close to $10 million in revenue. Our unique revenue model focuses on serving B2B customers and catering to the premium customer segment, positioning us as a trusted partner for organic spices. Reflecting on our total cost and total revenue, we have passed the break-even point and are now profitable.

BUSINESS MODEL VALIDATION

To successfully implement the social impact business model, Vinasamex has actively participated in various domestic and international campaigns.

In terms of social campaigns, Vinasamex has carried out various social impact campaigns focusing on two objectives: improving the livelihoods of ethnic farmers and protecting the environment. Through training sessions, over 3,000 farmers have embraced sustainable organic farming practices. Additionally, 820 households received training in waste management, while 709 households gained knowledge of forest protection laws. Vinasamex also aims to empower women through training and gender equality tools to enhance their societal role and status.

  In terms of the strategic campaigns, the most notable event is   “Bridging Investment – Connecting Excellence – Reaching   Global Heights” to seek strategic partners and sell 15% of the   company’s shares at a total value of 5.7 million $USD. During the   event, Vinasamex collaborated with the sponsor Americata to operate   in the United States, which is the most attractive market globally and   one of Vinasamex’s four potential markets. Vinasamex also partnered   with Aura Capital, an investment fund aiming for an IPO to bring   Vinasamex, the first Vietnamese brand in the organic spices and   flavorings sector, to the stock market.
