Sleep is a vital resource for a healthy lifestyle, but modern life disrupts our natural rhythms , leading to poor sleep habits and various health risks such as obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and mental health issues.

We recognize the challenges faced by busy young individuals juggling work, study, and social life.

Sleep is our most natural habit, and it serves as the gateway to other healthy habits. However, modern life activities like work stress and excessive internet use often disrupt our sleep patterns. Many struggle to regain their natural sleep habits.

That’s where 4:30 – THE GOOD SLEEP GAME comes in. Our mission is to restore your natural sleep habits. With our mantra ‘The early morning game for better night’s sleep,’ we guide you on a journey to improved sleep and overall well-being. Join us and reclaim a better night’s sleep.

Our core concept

In our methodology, we apply the science of sleep and habits to design our ‘Early Morning Games.’ We understand the importance of quality sleep for overall health and well-being. However, improving sleep can be challenging, and absorbing scientific knowledge is overwhelming for everyone. That’s why our sleep and mental health experts have developed a unique concept that simplifies complex science into practical steps. Join us on a transformative journey to reshape your sleep habits. Experience the power of ‘The Early Morning Game’ and unlock a new you.

Our core concept revolves around the 4:30 AM challenge, which encourages participants to maintain a consistent bedtime within the recommended hours and wake up between 4:30 AM and 6:30 AM.

By adhering to this routine, they can engage in a variety of workshops and activities, such as exercise, yoga, nutrition, and meditation, to kickstart their day on a fresh note.

Combining science, gamification, and community, we provide a powerful framework to help individuals develop healthy sleeping and waking habits.

We collaborate closely with health experts to design a customized journey, breaking it down into manageable steps supported by scientific principles. By turning this process into a game, young people experience a sense of achievement and motivation as they progress towards their goals.

They play to win, conquering their own challenges. This feeling of accomplishment illuminates their day and inspires them to continue building their journey step by step, transforming their lives in the process.

Gamification: Gamification enhances the journey of shaping our sleep habits. We challenge individuals to wake up early every day, creating an affordable routine that infuses the magic of gamification. The result? Eager participants who joyfully embrace the game-like element, naturally transitioning to an earlier bedtime. By making the process enjoyable, gamification fosters a consistent sleep routine. Joining us on this transformative journey, a person will unlock the power of gamified sleep.

Our community, which has grown to over 2.4K thousands members, fosters togetherness and a spirit of learning from one another. We encourage and support each other to strive for continuous improvement. Through the power of forming good habits, our community members realize they can exceed their own expectations and achieve even greater personal growth.

Community motivation: Shaping habits is a long journey, demanding effort and persistence. As the saying goes, ‘If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.’ While tackling habit formation alone, the road becomes easier and results more sustainable when we embark on the journey together. In our community, we empower the value of togetherness as we strive for lasting change. By seeking support, sharing experiences, and learning from one another, we can go farther in shaping our habits and truly enjoy the journey. We embrace the power of community to achieve transformative, long-lasting results for our members.

Our customers & problem we solve

Our main social target audience is young people aged 18 /eightteen/ to 35 /thirdty-five/. Statistics from the Ho Chi Minh City Mental Hospital reveal that approximately 25 % of young people in the age range of 18 to 30 frequently experience sleep deprivation, and poor sleep quality.

For students, particularly those aged 18 to 22, academic pressure and socializing can contribute to unhealthy sleep habits.

Young professionals, individuals starting families, and those juggling work and family life also face challenges with sleep due to job-related stress, long working hours, and the desire to meet deadlines and succeed in their careers.

Additionally, new parents may struggle with sleep disturbance due to the demands of caring for a newborn.

Regardless of the age group, technology addiction and excessive use of social media can also negatively impact sleep.

The blue light emitted by electronic devices disrupts the production of melatonin, a hormone that helps regulate sleep.

However, whether it’s academic performance, career success, or personal relationships, sleep is essential for optimal performance and overall well-being.

We aim to raise awareness and assist young people in establishing healthy sleep habits to build a sustainable foundation for their future well-being.

Our products

Our social business model extends and builds upon our social values, combining social impact with economic value.

We target corporations and companies with employees aged 18 to 35, offering a range of products and services to improve workplace health by addressing sleep habits.

Our health and company package includes three different offerings aimed at enhancing employee well-being and productivity.

By providing this package to corporations, we create economic value while fostering a healthy work culture that prioritizes employee welfare and demonstrates a commitment to the younger audience.

This also allows corporations, such as FMCG or personal finance service companies, to reach their target audience and align with their interest in well-being, thereby increasing brand affinity.

We also offer sponsorship packages to corporations, providing them with opportunities to sponsor our event workshops, such as the 4:30 AM challenge and campaigns.

These packages are ideal for companies seeking media exposure and brand recognition among young customers.

Many companies are interested in sponsoring events targeting the 18 to 35 age group, known as the Golden Age of consumer spending.

Our sponsorship packages offer extensive brand exposure to this target audience, creating a positive image for the sponsoring company.

Our gamified approach helps diversify their brand content and effectively reach out to young people.

The daily challenge fosters regular engagement with customers and potential customers.

Partnering with us allows companies to demonstrate their commitment to social responsibility, including these events in their CSR programs in Kota.

Our business partnership program offers a collaborative approach, allowing corporations to work together with us.

This enables us to develop customized programs, such as tailor-made health benefits packages in collaboration with insurance companies like Prudential or Manulife.

We can also partner with other healthcare companies to provide a comprehensive package of health services for our target customers.

Social Impact we create

At Slimeway, we are dedicated to promoting our social values while building our business model.

Through our various challenges, such as 28-day, 100-day, and 6-month programs, we have engaged thousands of participants, including beginners and those committed to maintaining healthy habits.

These activities have not only raised funds through sponsorship packages, like the $15,000 contribution from Be capital, but have also supported education initiatives for children from minority groups, aligning with Sustainable Development Goal 4: Quality Education.

We believe that by fostering personal healthy habits, individuals can make a positive impact on our community and contribute to a greater social cause.

Our vision is to utilize participant data from our campaigns to conduct academic research on sleep health and habits of the Vietnamese population.

By analyzing this data, we aim to gain insights into the specific sleep health needs, happiness, and challenges faced by young Vietnamese individuals.

Through sharing our findings, we aim to contribute to the broader academic understanding of sleep health in Vietnam, promoting advancements in the field and improving overall well-being.

This approach allows us to make our social values more sustainable.

4:30 AM is participating in the Social Business Challenge (SBC) with the aim of bringing our community project to a wider audience and potentially collaborating with businesses. We are starting with competitions and hoping to progress through each round to continuously improve and seize opportunities to enhance the sleep habits of the community, while also delivering greater value to society.
