Social Challenge:
The target social issue is the lack of comprehensive education and awareness in career orientation, personal and social relationships, and life ideals. Inadequate education and awareness in these areas can lead to negative outcomes such as mental health problems, and unhealthy relationships. Moreover, many individuals struggle with identifying their life ideals and finding fulfilling careers due to a lack of guidance and support. Therefore, SpiritUP was established as a social business project which provides comprehensive education and awareness programs that promote gender equality, healthy relationships, informed sexual decision-making, and career guidance, with the desire to raise young people’s awareness of sexual safety issues and help them have the right views on issues in society including career orientation and mental health. By doing so, we can empower individuals to make informed decisions about their lives, pursue their aspirations, and contribute to creating a more equitable and inclusive society.
Social Solution:
The social solution idea is to create a comprehensive education and awareness program that focuses on career orientation, gender equality, sexuality education, personal and social relationships, and life ideals. The program will be designed to provide individuals with the knowledge and tools needed to make informed decisions about their lives, pursue their aspirations, and contribute to creating a more equitable and inclusive society. The program will include courses, workshops, seminars, talk shows, and coach 1-1; moreover, we plan to provide a website and app which contain all answers to their questions, such as universities’ application methods, future-oriented courses and forums, and podcasts on psychological and happy lifestyles, etc., that cover a range of topics, including career guidance, healthy relationships, informed sexual decision-making, and personal and social development. The program will be designed to be accessible to all individuals, regardless of their background or socioeconomic status, and will be delivered through partnerships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders. By providing comprehensive education and awareness programs in these areas, we can empower individuals to achieve their full potential and contribute to creating a more just and equitable society.
