C. Feedback from Customer target

Food expert (anonymous): “The project is gradually being completed and continues to develop”(Contribute comments after the EcoWave Expo 2024 event)

Mr. Pham Nguyen Minh Toan (PDP staff in Greenwich Vietnam): “The project is quite realistic and the problem is clearer than in Round 1. Some points I really like are the consumer approach and creating a platform to help people.” In addition, connecting with supermarkets to deliver near-dated foods is the biggest plus. However, if possible, think about how the foods are processed and how to handle leftovers because the project is only focusing on fresh foods and foods with Barcode codes”. (Contribute comments at the project introduction exhibition from May 27-29, 2024)

Tristan Nguyen (IT lecturer of Greenwich Vietnam): “This project is quite impressive and the most stable point is deploying an application to manage food. Initially I was skeptical about just scanning barcodes because Vietnamese people like to shop at markets that are both fresh and cheap raw. I heard about the issue of food safety and hygiene through censorship and I very much agree.” (Contribute comments at the project introduction exhibition from May 27-29, 2024)

Ms. Truong Anh Tuyet (business administration lecturer): “I really like Fridggie Vietnam’s project” (Contribute comments after the EcoWave Expo 2024 event)
